TheyaVue Complaints: What Buyers Dislike and How to Raise One

Most complaints about an eye supplement are about timing, money and contact routes. Here is each one, with the fix.

Quick answer

The main TheyaVue complaint in the seller’s own summary is a slow start, with buyers wanting more to happen in week one. Other common issues are practical: a bottle lasting 30 days, not 60, a price only shown at checkout, larger packs that outlast the 60-day window, and refunds that run by phone only. To raise a complaint, call +1 (315) 724-2018 with your order ID.

The summary

What is the main TheyaVue complaint?

The seller publishes a short summary of buyer feedback. It says what buyers most often liked: the daily capsule and the 60-day window. It says what they most often disliked: a slow start, and wanting more to happen in week one. The most common wait before judging the product is given as 3 to 4 weeks.

The same summary prints an average of 4.4 out of 5 from 785 written reviews, against 9,198 orders, with 91% said to recommend it. The star split is 66% at five stars, 21% at four, 8% at three, 3% at two and 2% at one.

These are the seller’s figures, not ours. We did not collect them and cannot verify them, and our reviews page explains why no named buyer is quoted on this site. Still, the shape fits the product. A daily capsule with nothing to feel tends to disappoint early, if it disappoints at all.

Timing

Complaint one: nothing happens in week one

This is the complaint to expect, and it has a simple cause. TheyaVue is a daily support capsule. Nothing on the label promises a sensation, and no published week marks a start. For an eye supplement, feeling nothing at first is the normal experience.

The fix is to plan the test before you start. Write down one thing you want to track, then leave it for four weeks. One bottle at the directed two capsules a day is exactly 30 days, so the first bottle lines up with the first fair look. Our results timeline sets out the weeks.

If your eyesight itself has changed, that is not a slow start. Book a dilated eye exam instead of waiting.

The label

Complaint two: the bottle runs out in 30 days, not 60

Both numbers are on the bottle, which is why this catches people out. The panel says serving size one capsule and 60 servings. The directions say one capsule twice daily. Follow the directions and a 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days.

The fix is to budget on 30. Three bottles is 90 days and six is 180. Our post on how many TheyaVue a day walks through the arithmetic.

Money

Complaint three: price, pack size and the 60-day window

No pack price is printed on this site, because none was supplied to us. The figure shows at checkout, and that is where it is binding. Some buyers find that frustrating. The fix is to read the price on the sales page and screenshot it, with the date, before you pay.

The larger packs raise a second issue. The window runs 60 days from purchase. At two capsules a day, day 60 arrives after two bottles. On a three-bottle pack the last month falls outside the window. On a six-bottle pack, four bottles are still sealed when it closes.

Where day 60 lands at the directed two capsules a day.
PackDays of productAt day 60
One bottle30Finished, with a month of window left
Three bottles90One bottle still sealed
Six bottles180Four bottles still sealed

The fix is to match the pack to your plan. A first-time buyer often fits one bottle best. Our pricing page compares the three.

Contact routes

Complaint four: refunds run by phone only

There is no sales email address. The website mailbox, [email protected], handles this site only and cannot see orders. Buyers who email about a refund lose days inside a window that started when they paid.

Return postage is also the buyer’s cost. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, then take 5 to 10 days for the card to post. Two to three weeks end to end is a fair expectation.
