A sales line on the telephone, a website desk by email, two New York addresses, and one route that does not exist at all.

Quick answer

Orders, tracking, changes and refunds go to the sales line on +1 (315) 724-2018. This website — pages, typos, privacy and press — is handled by [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET; the seller’s pack states plainly that this desk cannot see orders, and there is no sales email address at all. The office is 622 Third Avenue, Floor 33, New York, NY 10017; returns go to 845 Third Avenue, Floor 6, New York, NY 10022.

Money-back window

60 days from the date you pay

These are two different desks with two different jobs, and the split is not a formality. The phone line can see orders and cannot edit this website. The email desk can edit this website and cannot see orders. Sending an order question to the email address is the most reliable way to lose several days.

By phone

The sales line, and what it handles

The sales line is +1 (315) 724-2018, the published route for anything attached to an order. In a category where most business is done through a web form, a telephone number a person answers is worth more than any roundel on the box. Here it is also the only route.

What it handles

  • Orders — placing one, or a question about one already placed.
  • Tracking — a tracking number arrives in the order email. Call when it has not arrived, or when it has stopped moving.
  • Changes — an address correction or a cancellation before despatch. Once a parcel is with the carrier it has to be returned rather than redirected.
  • Refunds — opening a claim inside the 60-day window and chasing an existing one. Have the order ID in front of you before you dial.
  • Batch questions — matching an order to lot THE-26/TH-3669 or certificate reference THE-3669-26-TH.

What it cannot do

It cannot edit this website, so a typo, a broken link or a privacy question does not belong there. It cannot give medical advice, and you should be wary of a sales desk that offers some: the niacin figure at two capsules a day, the zinc figure on top of a multivitamin, the beta-carotene row if you smoke — those belong to a pharmacist. And it cannot change the terms printed on the sales page.

By email

The website desk, and what it cannot do

The website desk is [email protected], reading mail Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It looks after this site rather than the shop: corrections to any page, typos and broken links, privacy questions about what this site collects, and press questions about how a page was sourced. Name the page and we will fix what is wrong; a correction moves that page’s last-updated date forward.

If you have the bottle in your hand and the panel on it disagrees with something printed here, that is the most valuable email this desk can receive — and if a version of the label ever prints individual amounts for lutein and zeaxanthin, tell us.

What it cannot do, at all

It cannot see your order. Not the order ID, not the delivery address, not the status, not the tracking number, not a refund. The seller’s own pack states plainly that the website email cannot see orders. An email sent here about a parcel gets a reply telling you to call the sales line, and that reply arrives during office hours. Mail sent on a Friday evening is read on Monday, and on a 60-day window that started the day you paid, a lost weekend is a real cost.

The honest section

The route that does not exist

There is no sales email address

No sales email address was supplied. The pack points to the sales contact page instead. For anything about an order, the phone line is the published route, and the pack is explicit that the website desk cannot see orders.

This is worth stating plainly rather than leaving you to discover it after a parcel goes missing. Most retailers publish a sales address alongside a phone number, and many buyers prefer writing: it leaves a record and works at any hour. That option was not supplied to us, and we will not invent an address to make this page look more complete than the material behind it.

So the routing is simple and slightly inconvenient. Anything about a purchase goes to +1 (315) 724-2018. Anything about this website goes to [email protected]. If you want a written record of something the sales line told you, ask for the name of the person you spoke to and note the date and time. In the absence of a sales address, that is the nearest thing to a paper trail this product offers.

Where things go

Two addresses, and only one of them takes parcels

Both are published. Sending a return to the wrong one costs days out of a window that is already running.

The office

622 Third Avenue, Floor 33
New York, NY 10017

A New York business address, and the address for the desk that publishes this site. It is not a shop, not a warehouse, and not where returns go.

Do not post a return here. A parcel sent to an office is a parcel in the wrong building, and a 60-day window does not pause while somebody walks it across town.

The returns address

845 Third Avenue, Floor 6
New York, NY 10022

A second New York address, and the only one parcels should go to. Put your full name, the email the order was placed with and the order ID inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service.

Two addresses is ordinary rather than suspicious: an office holds people, returned stock needs a goods entrance.

Six things

What to have in front of you before you call

A call with these to hand takes a couple of minutes. A call without them usually becomes two calls.

The order ID

From the confirmation email. Without it the desk is searching by name, which is slower and less certain

The name on the order

As it was typed at checkout, not as you usually write it

The email the order was placed with

How an order is found when the ID has gone missing

The date you paid

The 60-day window runs from purchase, not from your first capsule, so this is the date that decides a refund

The lot code on the bottle

THE-26/TH-3669 on the pack supplied to us. Read the code on your own bottle and quote that one

What you actually want

A replacement, a refund, an address change or an answer. Say which in the first sentence

The pack is unusually direct about these two codes, and we will be as well: it states that lot THE-26/TH-3669 and CoA THE-3669-26-TH are draft labels, not lab proof. No certificate document was supplied with them and none is claimed. Treat them as the reference the sales desk will ask for when matching an order to a batch, and as nothing else.

And the one people most often skip: a screenshot of the money-back wording on the sales page, taken on the day you paid, with the date visible. No pack price was supplied to us, so it is the only record you will have of what the page promised.

Decision table

Which desk do I need?

Which route you need. Several rows point away from both desks on purpose.
What you needWhich routeWhat to do
My parcel has not arrived, or tracking has stopped movingSales lineCall +1 (315) 724-2018 with the order ID. Tracking is issued in the order email.
I need to change the address, or cancel before despatchSales lineCall at once. After despatch a parcel has to be returned, not redirected.
I want a refund, or I want to know where mine has got toSales lineCall with the order ID inside 60 days of purchase, then post the bottles to 845 Third Avenue, Floor 6, New York, NY 10022. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.
How much will I actually be charged?Neither desk — the sales pageNo pack price was supplied to us. The figure at checkout is the only binding one.
A page on this site is wrong, or a link is brokenWebsite deskEmail [email protected] and name the page. A correction moves that page’s date forward.
The bottle in my hand disagrees with a page hereWebsite deskEmail the desk. The label is the document that wins.
A privacy question about what this site collectsWebsite deskEmail [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET.
How much lutein is in a capsule?Neither desk — nobody can answer itIt is inside a 240.5 mg blend shared with nine others and the split is not published.
I take a prescription medicine, I smoke, or I used toNeither desk — a pharmacist or your clinicianThe blend holds quercetin, rutin and grape seed extract, two capsules supply 32 mg of zinc, and the vitamin A here is the beta-carotene AREDS2 removed.
I am pregnant, breastfeeding, or buying for someone under 18Neither desk — a clinicianThe product is for adults 18 and over, and no warnings panel was supplied at all.
My eyesight has changedNeither desk — an eye care professionalNEI: “A dilated eye exam is the only way to check for many eye diseases early on, when they’re easier to treat.”

If your row is not here: anything with an order ID goes to the phone line, anything about this website goes to the email desk, anything about a price goes to the sales page, and anything about your own health goes to somebody qualified to answer it.

Expectations

What we can answer, and what nobody here can

Anything on the published panel we can answer immediately, because it is printed across this site: the serving size, the sixty servings the panel counts, the thirty days the directions actually buy you, all twenty-five ingredient names in the panel’s order, the fifteen individual amounts and their %DV figures, the 240.5 mg blend total, and the four other ingredients including the cellulose shell.

Anything never published, nobody here can answer, and we will say so rather than guess. That list is long for an eye supplement: the amounts inside the blend, and with them the lutein and zeaxanthin figures; the standardisation of the bilberry, grape seed and eyebright extracts; the warnings panel; the storage line; the expiry date; the manufacturer; and the price.

Health questions we will not answer, and you should be uneasy about a retail desk that does. NEI: “A dilated eye exam is the only way to check for many eye diseases early on, when they’re easier to treat.” And the FDA, on unapproved eye products: they “Unapproved drugs claiming to cure serious conditions may lead consumers to delay or abandon proven, safe treatments.”

Questions

TheyaVue FAQ: contact questions

Is there a sales email address?

No. The pack points to the sales contact page and gives no address, and states plainly that the website email cannot see orders. For anything about an order the published route is the phone line.

What is the difference between the two contacts?

The sales line on +1 (315) 724-2018 handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. The website desk at [email protected] handles this site — pages, typos, privacy and press — Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. Sending a refund request to the website desk will slow it down.

How do I claim a refund?

Call +1 (315) 724-2018 with your order ID. Returns go to 845 Third Avenue, Floor 6, New York, NY 10022. Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID with the parcel.

Who pays return postage?

You do. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until the refund lands.

How long does a refund take?

Three to five business days for the desk to credit it after approval, then five to ten days for the card to post it. Two to three weeks end to end is a realistic expectation.

What are the lot and certificate numbers?

Lot THE-26/TH-3669 and certificate THE-3669-26-TH. The pack that supplied them says in its own words that they are draft labels, not lab proof. No certificate document was supplied. Treat them as the reference the sales desk will ask for.
