TheyaVue Refund Policy
One phone number, one returns address, two timing figures and a candid list of the things nobody wrote down.
Written and reviewed by the TheyaVue Editorial Desk · Last updated September 23, 2026
Quick answer
Call +1 (315) 724-2018 with your order ID, then post the bottles to 845 Third Avenue, Floor 6, New York, NY 10022, USA with your full name, the order email and the order ID on paper inside the box. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. There is no sales email address, so the phone is the only published route.
Five steps
The TheyaVue refund route, step by step
The published process in full. Every step depends on the first.
Call the sales line on +1 (315) 724-2018
With the order ID from your confirmation email in front of you. Call before you post anything: a box that arrives before the desk knows it is coming has no record attached to it, and the call is what puts you on the record inside the 60-day window.
Ask what the desk wants sent back
Nothing published states whether opened bottles are accepted or only sealed ones, so put it on the call rather than guessing. Write down the answer and the date.
Pack the bottles and put three things inside the box
Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. All three, on paper, inside the parcel. The email must be the one the order was placed with.
Post it to 845 Third Avenue, Floor 6, New York, NY 10022
Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. This is the returns address, not the office address at New York, NY 10017. Keep the receipt and the tracking reference until the money has landed.
Wait for the approval, then for the card
Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. The second delay belongs to your bank.
The address
The returns address, and what to put in the box
Returns go to 845 Third Avenue, Floor 6, New York, NY 10022, USA.
That is a different address from the business office at 622 Third Avenue, Floor 33, New York, NY 10017, USA. Both are published, both are in New York, both are on Third Avenue, and only one is for bottles. Posting a return to the office is the commonest way to turn a straightforward refund into a long one, because a parcel at the wrong desk is one nobody is expecting.
What goes inside the box
Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. Three lines:
- Your full name, as it was given on the order.
- The email address the order was placed with — not a different one you prefer, and not a newer one you have since moved to.
- The order ID, copied exactly as it appears in the confirmation email.
Write them on a sheet of paper and put it in with the bottles. The outside of a box is the wrong place: a shipping label can cover a line and a wet fortnight in transit can rub one off. Those three lines are the only things that let a person match an anonymous parcel to a payment.
Nothing published requires it, but we would photograph the sheet and the packed box before sealing it, and keep the tracking reference somewhere safer than a coat pocket. This process runs on your own records, because there is no ticket number and no account page in anything we were given.

Timing
How long a refund takes
| Stage | How long | Who controls it |
|---|---|---|
| You call the sales line | As soon as you decide, and inside the 60 days from purchase. | You |
| The parcel travels to New York | Not published. An ordinary postal journey, depending on the tracked service you chose and paid for. | Your carrier |
| The desk approves and credits it | 3 to 5 business days after approval. | The sales desk |
| The card posts it | 5 to 10 days. | Your bank or card issuer |
| You see it on a statement | Depends where you are in your billing cycle. Not published, and not something the seller controls. | Your bank |
Business days and calendar days are not the same unit. The first published figure is in business days and the second is not.
Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, then 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. The two published figures are sequential rather than overlapping, and both begin after the desk has approved the return rather than when you posted the parcel. Add the postal journey at the front and your billing cycle at the back, and the honest expectation is a fortnight to three weeks rather than a few days.
A buyer who expects the money in three days starts calling on day four, when the desk can do nothing about the five to ten days that belong to a card issuer. The shape of a card refund is the same everywhere: approval, the credit, then the issuer’s own posting delay. Knowing that in advance turns a fortnight of anxiety into a fortnight of waiting.
One figure is not published anywhere and is worth asking on the call: what the refund is actually of. No pack price was supplied to us, so we cannot tell you what a full refund comes to, or whether it includes whatever shipping you were charged. Your own checkout screenshot is the only place that number exists, which is why our where to buy page asks you to take one.
Contact
The phone is the only published route
There is one route and it is a phone call.
No sales email address was supplied. The pack points to the sales contact page instead. For anything about an order, the phone line is the published route, and the pack is explicit that the website desk cannot see orders. So there is no inbox to send a refund request to, no form to submit and no ticket number to quote back. For anything to do with an order, the published route is +1 (315) 724-2018.
The website desk is not the refund route
The address [email protected] belongs to the desk that looks after this website: pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It is published, it is answered, and it cannot see orders. It has no view of the order system, no ability to approve a return and no way to credit a card. Emailing it about a refund does not start a process; it spends days inside a window that started when you paid.
This is the commonest mistake available on this page, and an entirely reasonable one, because an email address is what most people reach for first. If you have already written to it, do not wait for the reply. Call the sales line.
What the website desk is good for is this site. If a page here disagrees with the bottle in your hand, tell it and name the page: the label is the document that wins. Our contact page lists both desks in full.
The honest section
What the refund policy does not say
The blanks are all questions for the phone call.
Not published. A satisfaction window implies you were meant to try it, but nothing states the condition the bottles must come back in.
Not published. Whether you can return four unopened bottles of a six-bottle pack and keep two is not addressed anywhere — and on a 180-day pack inside a 60-day window, it is the question that arises.
Not published. No shipping charge was supplied for any pack, and nothing states whether one comes back if it was charged.
Published, and it is you. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service.
Not published either way. Nothing in the material we were given mentions one, in any pack size.
Not published, because no pack price was. Your checkout screenshot is the only record of what you paid.
60 days from the date of purchase, stated in the pack and printed on the guarantee seal. Published twice, and the figure this whole route sits inside.
Not published. No complaints procedure, ticket system or second-line contact appears in our sources.
Eight rows, six reading “not published”. The blanks are printed rather than filled because a plausible sentence in the wrong place here costs real money. “Opened bottles are accepted” would sound right, would be something we invented, and you would find out with a box already in the post. Put every one of these to the desk on the call.
Said before you buy
What a refund does not cover
We earn a commission when somebody orders through this site, so a page about getting your money back is an odd thing for us to write carefully. We would rather write it carefully than have somebody discover the gaps at the moment of needing them.
Two things are worth knowing before you are ever in this position. The first is that a refund returns money and nothing else. It is not compensation for a health outcome, and nothing here should be read as suggesting this product treats, prevents or cures anything — the front of the bottle claims support and carries the FDA disclaimer, which is the correct way to write it. If something you have taken has affected you, speak to a clinician first and the sales desk second, and keep the bottle and the lot code.
The second is that the likeliest reason to want a refund here is not the capsules. It is the gap our home page leads with: the bottle is a properly written eye and vision support label, while the page the order button leads to is titled with a claim to restore eyesight to 20/20 — a claim only a drug may make, and one this site never repeats as its own. If that sentence is why you are here, read the ingredients page and the AREDS2 comparison before you pay. Knowing beforehand beats a refund route every time.
If the refund goes wrong
There is no published escalation path and no ticket system, so the answer is a record rather than a procedure. Keep the date of every call and what you were told. Keep the tracking, which proves the box arrived. Keep the order email, because the order ID is the key to everything else. Call back rather than switching to email, since the email desk cannot see any of it. And remember that the last stage of any card refund belongs to your card issuer, which has a dispute process of its own.
Questions
TheyaVue FAQ: refund policy questions
How do I claim a refund?
Call +1 (315) 724-2018 with your order ID. Returns go to 845 Third Avenue, Floor 6, New York, NY 10022. Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID with the parcel.
Who pays return postage?
You do. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until the refund lands.
How long does a refund take?
Three to five business days for the desk to credit it after approval, then five to ten days for the card to post it. Two to three weeks end to end is a realistic expectation.
Is there a sales email address?
No. The pack points to the sales contact page and gives no address, and states plainly that the website email cannot see orders. For anything about an order the published route is the phone line.
What is the difference between the two contacts?
The sales line on +1 (315) 724-2018 handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. The website desk at [email protected] handles this site — pages, typos, privacy and press — Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. Sending a refund request to the website desk will slow it down.
How long is the money-back guarantee?
Sixty days from the date of purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. The guarantee seal in the packaging artwork prints the same figure. Note the start point: from when you paid, not from your first capsule.
