TheyaVue Before and After: How to Record Your Own in 60 Days
Nobody can photograph eye comfort. The only before and after that means anything for you is one you write down yourself.

The closest real research in this category, the AREDS2 trial, ran for five years in people who already had age-related macular degeneration. Your last eye exam
If you have not had a dilated eye exam, book one. It is the measurement no note can replace.
Everything else you take
Two capsules supply 40 mg NE of niacin against a 35 mg adult upper limit, and 32 mg of zinc against a 40 mg limit from all sources. Add up your other labels on day one.
Then put the note away. Memory tends to move the starting point once we have paid for something. A note written before the first capsule is the only version that stays honest.
The routine
Weeks one to four: keep the routine steady
Take one capsule twice daily, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, with an 8 oz glass of water, as the label directs. Keep the same two meals each day. Our how to use page has the full routine.
Do not judge in week one. Nothing published describes a first week or a loading period. Whatever you notice in the first few days is most likely about starting something new.
If you miss a dose, take the next one at the usual time. Do not double up.
